By using this website or placing an order through Paper Cup SA, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Orders & Product Details
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Customized items are produced as per client design and approved artwork.
We reserve the right to refuse orders or make necessary changes due to technical constraints.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.
Payment must be made in full before production or dispatch.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, EFT, and other methods shown at checkout.
3. Delivery
Orders are delivered nationwide via courier.
Delivery times vary based on product type and location.
Risk transfers to the customer once the parcel is handed to the courier.
4. Returns & Refunds
No refunds or exchanges on customized printed items.
For plain stock items, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided products are unused and in original packaging.
Faulty or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content (text, logos, images) belongs to Paper Cup SA.
Customer-submitted designs remain their property, but we may use final printed examples for marketing unless otherwise requested.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect loss or delays once goods are with the courier.
Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by South African law. Disputes will be resolved in a court within KwaZulu-Natal.
